What's troubling pop diva, Miss Sammy J ? It's very simple! Apparently Santa and the the Grotto team are big fans of her new single but seem far less convinced about her dance credentials. Will Miss Sammy J avoid the dreaded 'dance off' or will Snowman, Fairy Nuff, The Grinch and the rest of Santa's judges place her at the bottom of the festive leader board? It's all up to her now! She has to do everything in her power to drive home the message ... SANTA, I CAN BOOGIE.
Santa, I can boogie is the irresistable new single from one of Brirain's best loved popsters. An inspired cover of the Seventies super hit by Baccara, Sammy J brings a big Christmas pud size dollop of love and laughter to the Disco classic.
There's a full length dancefloor version and a fab radio edit, both of which are available to download at all the big digital superstores. Try a listen at Apple Music. https://itunes.apple.com/gb/album/santa-i-can-boogie/1441641632?i=1441641633
Santa, I can boogie. The new single for Christmas 2018 by Miss Sammy J
Miss Sammy J has very kindly included her brand new single, Santa, I can boogie as a bonus track on her wonderfully entitled album 'THE END OF THE WORLD... AND ON A MORE OPTIMISTIC NOTE...
This is her most eclectic collection to date with tracks as diverse as Ray Davies' 'Death of a clown' to the Sinatras' duet, 'Something Stupid'.
Sammy has already demonstrated the public's appetite for her 'Kylie-esque' interpretations, having clocked up truly staggering stream numbers with songs like Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah and The Ellie Goulding standard, 'Love me like you do'. Meanwhile her Nick Cave / Kylie 'murder ballad' Where the wild roses grow is absolutely...erm...to die for.
Stand out tracks on the new offering, THE END OF THE WORLD ... AND ON A MORE OPTIMISTIC NOTE... include wonderful ballads like Kiki Dee's timeless 'Amoureuse' and on a less optimistic note, the Skeeter Davis' jukebox classic, The end of the world.
